Turning innovation into revenue

AiRi helps leaders rethink the commercial playbook when AI changes the rules.

You have innovation, and the technology works. But the commercial playbook around it may still be built for a different era.

Let’s talk about where you have tension today.

Rita Patel Jackson, founder of AiRi

Where is the pressure showing up first?

Most leaders don’t experience this first as a “commercial system” problem. They see a workflow slowing down, a product that isn’t landing, or a go-to-market motion producing activity without movement. Those are three doors into the same system.

Three starting points. One commercial system.

Workflow

A critical workflow is under pressure

You added AI and got a faster version of the same mess. The fix starts with the workflow, then the discipline to run it.

AI Product

An AI product needs a path to market

The product works. The market may not yet know what to do with it, because the story and go-to-market weren’t built around what it actually does.

Go-to-Market

The go-to-market motion no longer fits

Your sales motion was built for the old product, buyer, and market. AI changed the conditions, and the motion may need to change with them.

Innovation becomes revenue when the commercial playbook changes with the technology.

AiRi is new.
My operating experience is not.

“I kept seeing the same gap everywhere I went: the technology worked, but the business around it wasn’t built to turn that into revenue.”

For more than thirty years I’ve commercialized emerging technology and rebuilt commercial systems through major technology shifts. My experience spans IBM, GE Healthcare, MuleSoft, Salesforce, OpenText, and Showpad. I’ve taken regulated AI technology to market and led go-to-market transformation across complex product portfolios.

The pattern repeats. Technology moves first. The commercial system catches up later. Companies that deliberately redesign how they operate are better positioned to turn the shift into an advantage. AiRi is how I help leaders close that gap now.

The AiRi Commercialization Muscle Model™

Commercialization is not a phase. It is a muscle.

Strong technology can’t compensate for a commercial system that doesn’t understand the market, tell a precise story, reach the buyer effectively, or operate as one organization. AiRi assesses four connected muscles.

01

Market
Fluency

Do you understand who must act, why they’ll act, and what matters to them now?

02

Narrative
Precision

Can you explain the problem, the change, and the value clearly and consistently?

03

Go-to-Market
Architecture

Does the motion fit the buyer, product, market, and how value is now created?

04

Organizational
Readiness

Can the organization operate the new commercial model, not just approve the technology?

How we begin

Begin with the outcome.

We start with the business need and work from there.

A flexible starting point

Assessment for clarity and priorities. Advisory for critical decisions. Consulting for a defined commercial priority.

Each is a complete engagement with a defined scope and outcome.

Ways to work together

Assessment

A focused, standalone engagement to examine the four commercial muscles, identify the constraints, and give leadership clear priorities and a practical path forward.

Advisory

Ongoing or targeted counsel for leaders navigating high-stakes decisions about market direction, positioning, go-to-market, AI adoption, or organizational readiness.

Consulting

Hands-on work around a defined commercial priority, sharpening the narrative, redesigning the motion, aligning teams, or turning a decision into action.

Choose the entry point that fits.

You don’t need to know which format is right before we talk. Bring the situation, the decision, or the work that’s stuck. We’ll determine together what would be most useful.

  • Assessment when the need is clarity and priorities
  • Advisory when the need is perspective and judgment
  • Consulting when the need is hands-on progress
  • Every engagement is scoped before the work begins

AI Is Not a Feature. It Is a Commercial Strategy Problem.

Companies treat AI as a product announcement when it demands a fundamentally different commercial approach. The winners won’t be the ones with the best AI. They’ll be the ones who figure out how to sell it.

Your Pipeline Problem Is Actually a Positioning Problem.

When pipeline stalls, companies add campaigns and headcount. But the root cause is usually upstream: positioning that doesn’t resonate, and a GTM built around how the company wants to sell rather than how buyers want to buy.
